Use and Care

• Warm: Heat in a microwave for 60 to 90 seconds. Enjoy soothing warmth for up to 2 hours. Reheat only when at room temperature.
• Cool: Place in a sealed freezer bag and freeze for 2–3 hours for cooling relief.
• Care: Surface clean with a damp cloth only—do not machine wash or immerse in water as this will harm the filling material.
• Materials: Filled with organic materials and dried French lavender.
