US Shipping Information
Initial processing usually takes 1-3 business days for your order to be fulfilled and shipped by our team. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification regarding your shipping and tracking information.
Shipping is paid by the buyer unless stated otherwise.
Standard Shipping is typically 3-7 business days,
Priority Shipping is typically 2-4 business days.
Please note that any orders placed after 12:00 pm PST on Friday will process on the following Monday. Additionally, business days are considered Monday - Friday.
Non-Continental US Destinations
Please note that items may not be shipped outside of the continental United States. Otherwise, the above shipping policy applies to the non-continental US.
All Other Shipping Destinations
We do not ship to locations outside the US.
No Delivery Guarantees
We are not responsible for any delays or issues with delivery that are beyond our control, such as weather conditions, natural disasters, or delivery carrier issues. If you experience any issues with delivery, please contact us, and we will do our best to assist you.
If a package is undeliverable due to an incorrect or incomplete address, the package will be returned to us. We will contact you to confirm the correct shipping address and reship the package at your expense.
